My son Karthik is a B.Tech (Computer Science) & MBA (Finance) graduate currently working as an Assistant Manager at Union Bank of India (Public Sector Bank).
He has 3+ years of Work experience in Devops field in IT and worked at Cognizant and a Product based AI startup.
He prepared for UPSC full time by resigning his job as it was his dream to become an IAS. But unfortunately he couldn't clear it and wrote Bank exams and got into the banking sector.
He has multiple future plans and one such plan is to gain expertise in the Banking field for 2 more years and would switch to IT/Consulting domain as BA or consultant. He will consult with his future partner before making any move.
PS: Currently he is posted in Coimbatore. He is eligible for Spouse transfer and can be relocated to girl's place if needed.
My son is presently employed as an IT officer in a Nationalised bank- Bank of India and posted at Mumbai .Appeared UPSC IAS/IFS/IPS Civil Services interview three times successively. Even now he is striving hard to achieve the desired goal. He is friendly,jovial with good sense of humour. He likes to watch movies a lot, Football.
